Prayer
Our number one need is to have partners in
prayer! Jesus' disciples
asked him, "Teach us how to pray." We believe that it was because they
understood that with prayer they would see the miracles take place on
the streets. It would be a lot easier to think they might ask Jesus to
teach them how to give a blind person sight or how to bring the dead
back to life, but the disciples knew that if they could connect with
God, through prayer, that
His power would flow through them and they would automatically see
people's needs met and the hurts healed.
This, too, is what we want to see, and that is why connecting with God
is our first priority. Please pray for the outreaches taking place all
over the city, so that people will experience the hand of God touching
their lives through the Dream Center.
